Meet Daniel Gilley, our Operations Manager. Daniel grew up in the West Monroe/Farmerville vicinity and is a respected veteran of the U.S. Army National Guard. After accumulating substantial experience in construction, including eight years in roofing and siding across various capacities, he now applies his knowledge in storm restoration and insurance claims to assist homeowners. Daniel also actively supports Ouachita Green, a local organization focused on community betterment.
When Daniel is not overseeing projects, he is often found enjoying his preferred activity: baseball. Whether participating, observing, or coaching, he appreciates being involved with the sport. He values spending meaningful time with his daughter and two sons, balancing his professional commitments with his family life. Daniel’s perspective is shaped by Thomas Edison’s statement, “I have not failed. I’ve just found 10,000 ways that won’t work,” illustrating his persistent and solution-oriented approach.
Next, we introduce Jami Knight, our Office Manager. Jami relocated to the area in 2012 and brings extensive customer service expertise from her 20 years in the medical sector. Although new to roofing, her dedication to assisting people and her solid grasp of insurance procedures enable her to contribute fresh viewpoints and creative concepts to our team. She is committed to ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all our clients.
Away from the office, Jami is an active community participant, competing with the local roller derby team, the Roe City Rollers. This keeps her involved and connected locally. She shares her life with her husband of ten years and their three Shih Tzus. A notable detail about Jami is that she lived in Italy in her early twenties, exploring Europe and gaining experiences that continue to influence her perspective. Her international experiences and community involvement highlight her multifaceted character.
Completing our featured team members is Joe Summerscales, a dedicated Sales Representative. Although originally from England, Joe has resided in the West Monroe/Monroe area since 1996 and attended West Ouachita. With considerable experience in the service industry since 2005, Joe believes that in all aspects of life, one is either selling or buying. This belief drives his commitment to exceeding client expectations.
Joe’s sales approach focuses on providing exceptional service and solutions for his clients. He offers a friendly and approachable manner in every interaction. When not assisting customers, Joe enjoys spending time with his family, including his wife and two children. He also likes to express himself through singing at karaoke nights, adding an enjoyable and lively element to his personality.
